ADHD Coaching for College Students

Going off to college can be a very exciting time for you, but the freedom of college life can increase the challenges that you may have managed as a high school student. This is especially true if you have executive functions challenges related to ADHD or other developmental issues.


As a college student, you realize that it’s time to take responsibility for yourself! But that’s not always so easy… and that’s where having an ADHD Coach can make a difference. As your coach, I will provide you with ongoing structure, support, and feedback to help you to develop strategies to:


  • sustain attention and motivation towards academic and personal goals.
  • persist towards meaningful goals when faced with obstacles.
  • initiate and follow through on long-term assignments.
  • keep track of your “to do list” and develop a system of reminders.
  • plan and organize your time so that you can balance your school workload      with chores and recreation.
  • discover your strengths and personal learning style - and learn how to use them to your advantage.
  • self advocate for disability. assistance and accommodations.
